How do returns work?

We can only accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, we will gladly offer a full refund to the original form of payment.

To start a return, please email us at hello@alpagota.com and we will be happy to assist you. Please note at this time we are only able to accept returns within the European Union on items purchased from Alpagota.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All items must be returned in their original, unused and unwashed condition with original tags, packaging and a copy of the invoice.

Please note that we cannot offer a refund on original shipping charges.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

How long do returns take to process?

Please allow approximately two weeks for us to process your return. Once processed, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.

 

How do exchanges work?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

I received the wrong item or a damaged item – what do I do?
