What exercises can I do to improve my eye health?

Here’s our simple and effective 5-minute daily eye exercise routine to support your eye health, reduce strain, and keep your eye muscles active.


Minute 1: Palming (Relaxation)

  • Rub hands together to warm them
  • Gently cover closed eyes with palms
  • Breathe slowly, relax (1 min)

Minute 2: Focus Change (Near & Far)

  • Focus on your thumb (25 cm / 10 inches away) for 10–15 sec
  • Shift gaze to a distant object (6+ meters / 20+ feet) for 10–15 sec
  • Repeat 4–5 times

Minute 3: Eye Movements

Figure Eight (30 sec)

  • Trace a giant imaginary “8” on the wall with your eyes
  • 15 sec in each direction

Eye Rolling (30 sec)

  • Slowly roll eyes clockwise 5x
  • Roll counterclockwise 5x

Minute 4: Blinking & Moisture

  • Blink every 2–3 seconds for 1 minute
  • Close eyes gently between blinks
  • Optional: Apply artificial tears or eye mist

Minute 5: Distance Gazing

  • Look at a far object outside or across the room
  • Gaze softly for 1 full minute
  • Breathe slowly and relax your eyes
